"you have been a poster on Stockhouse for 6 weeks and already have 65 ignors"

That's because I challenge the liars, bashers, and pumpers that are so numerous on this site.

This board is a nice change, as it seems there are serious investors trying to hash out realistic outcomes.

I always play the devil's advocate, as I find it challenges people to defend their positions, and that helps me understand their reasoning. And I do hope it helps them as well.

My biggest problem with EQU and this income trust model, is convincing myself that NGL and nat gas pricing will improve enough in the medium term to make the model work. In the short term, say 6 months, we are no doubt totally dependant on the weather. If the winter is very cold, we are good to go. If it isn't, it presents an immediate problem.

I realise the reserves are there, but reserves are only as good as the amount of cash flow they produce.

The market is littered with juniors that are trading at a fraction of their nav, simply because they are not producing reasonable cash flow.

I am coming from the perspective of someone who has been burnt once too often.

Please excuse my caution, and the effect it has on my comments.
