Clint. Lynx does not look bad and Clavos at 310,000 oz seems to be ok. You really do need an exorcist to get over your management issue. I am not saying you are wrong but I think some of those old cobwebs need to be sorted out.

If you do not like management vote them out-not complicated but in the meantime lets give the support necessary to develop these assets. Not for management but for us as we can toss management anytime at an annual meeting but there has to be a better alternative. Do you think you can do a better job running it ?
