Tom and Co should be sued, again, by shareholders

I mean come on, who in their right mind, that WANTS the SP to go UP, releases GOOD news on a Friday at 2pm?  This was unreal, that is the exact opposite of what you would do normally, you do that with bad news to try and lesson the effect, anyone that has been around long enough knows these things.  

 

Not to mention how many times they have withheld information from the shareholders, including this time, slanted the news releases bad where it was totally uncalled for, etc, etc.  Rumours were already flying about the 80million this time around so obviously it was in the bag, yet Tom releases news a week later.  

 

A case could easily be made, but they know it likely doesn't go anywhere thanks to lax laws and enforcement
