The selling of Daye.

The selling of Daye.

Guess I hit the nail on the head though the suggestion of selling Daye wasn't rocket science.  I'm also wondering if the common share price of $.10 on exercise of warrants means that we can 'kinda' count on that price as the very minimum we would get per share when the mine sells.  It would be really good to get about $1. / share.  The mine is worth about $300,000,000.00 or a profit of about $150,000,000.00 (147,000 oz X 1/2 of $2,000.00).  But remember, GOR has virtually completed all the infrastructure necessary to start producing gold the day after the sale takes place.  The question is whether the windfall will be absorbed by NVM or whether it will be treated as a dividend for shareholders.  If it goes to NVM, then, I suppose  it might pay for most of the mine startup costs for producing magnesium.  Either way we win.

Hope the sale is a good one and soon.

Split.
