I agree, technicals on cp are weakening.  At the same time, I would not be shorting today and especially not in US dollars since depending on the results of the elections, if risk on trade is back and US takes a hit CP in USD will go up even if CP on tsx will go down (just like today).  Best to wait until after the elections.  By the way, American Bulls is now rating CP as a sell based on its candlestick analysis.
