RE: RE: RE: Law firms suing Goro- you have options

Why don't you see if Ruby can come up with financing first. Maybe they can raise 2 to 3 million. You never know. Then sue them. Try to find other disappointed shareholders or employees that were not paid. Or even companies that they owe a lot of money.  Maybe they have lawsuits in process now. You could all go in on the same law suit. This way the cost will be spread out. Also try to find lawyers that are willing to take the case on  a percentage basis of what they get if they win the case. Maybe out of 3 million the lawyers will take 1 million or more if they win the case and if they loose you are out practically nothing. I know 1 million sounds like a lot but if you go it alone you will go bankrupt in a hurry. Also watch out for counter law suites like with Hendeni and Ruby. They can sue you back. There are a lot of things to consider if you are going to sue someone. At this point if Ruby is in bad financial shape and it is just one person suing it is not worth the aggravation and time. Look how long Rubys law suits have been in process. Right now I would not like to see you sue Ruby or anyone in the company.
