Its contract surety bonds, such as performance and labor and material payment bonds, are primarily for the construction industry.

If the frackport is successfully closed there definately will be a small spike up within the next couple of weeks so that testing can resume. It has been two weeks since they announced a resumtion of work to the well. We should have an update soon. If they cannot close the frackport we may soon see a downward spike as well.
