GCC.H Golden Cariboo does financing

Golden Cariboo which is one of Franks shell companies which he holds a good sized position is doing a financing.   I seem to remember someone pointing out that Frank is owed money from GCC so this financing might be a great way to reload Frank up with much needed money if Frank gets paid back after financing closes.

 

I wouldnt be suprised if the financing closes fast from people well connected to Frank and Barkerville.

GOLDEN CARIBOO ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING

Golden Cariboo Resources Ltd. has arranged a private placement financing of up to six million units at a price of 25 cents per unit to raise up to an aggregate total of $1.5-million. Each unit consists of one common share in the equity of Golden Cariboo and one-half of one share purchase warrant; each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of 35 cents per share for a period of one year from closing of the financing. Proceeds of the financing will be used for general working capital purposes. Finders' fees may be payable in connection with the financing. Closing of the financing is subject to regulatory approval.
