Geologic, for its own account and on behalf of client accounts over which it has
discretionary trading authority (the “Fund”), held 15,000,000 common shares in the
capital of Cadan Resources Corporation (“Cadan”). Since the filing of the Fund’s initial
report, the issued and outstanding shares of Cadan have increased to 93,983,349 common
shares. In addition, through various sales, including the sale of an aggregate 3,379,500
common shares during the month of October, 2012, the Fund now holds 10,000,000
common shares in the capital of Cadan, representing approximately 10.64% of the issued
and outstanding shares of Cadan. This represents a decrease of 8.49% of the Fund’s
holdings in the capital of Cadan.
