Baja's overrun costs part?!
Baja's overrun costs part?! Could that be the ''renegociation of the original project financing'' quoted into the NR?! It would make sense that Koreans try to arrange a kind of financing to cover the overrun costs by increasing the Debt facilities!! Baja would stil own their 49% BUT owes the relative debts! Repaid via their profits generated by the mine!!! Koreans don't want to run the mine and a partner with 10% wouldn't do it neither... Baja will keep its 49% IMO with no needs to that non-back stopped rights offering! Non dilutive way to do the thing for BAJ and a awesome way for Koreans to keep an important partner into this... Does it make sense?!
