Firtunately, MSQ's board and management are capable of handling all of the above in a competent and professional manner.
IMO, the court-ordered halt on Cumo was a blessing in disguise...one less thing to distract management as they get the ducks lined up. By the time drilling starts next spring (May or so), matters one to three will be things of the past.
The pending drill results likely won't move the stock much, but they will give Mr Market confidence that the disterous past is indeed a thing of the past.
