At June 30, 2012, Diamonds North has $1,135,242 in working capital which includes $275,034 in marketable securities. The Company currently maintains investments in certain marketable securities see 1.12 Financial Instruments and as of the Report Date, the fair value of marketable securities with no change in security positions is $283,000.

Over the next twelve month period, our working capital will be insufficient to maintain current levels of operations and exploration. Management and the Board are working together to evaluate new capital and reduction in operating expenses.

To me it seems thier cash in the bank is going to need a boost very soon
