RE: windguy

I post supported facts, not ad hominen attacks. No company will get financed our bought out with a substantial lawsuit in place. Check for the lie in note 15c from last financials( hint : if a lawsuit is without merit you will get a summary judgement, not pay $75,000 to the courts).

The Company continues to contest a lawsuit that arose after the acquisition in 2007 of the Three Hills Wind Projects which was comprised of the Ghost Pine and Lone Pine Wind Projects in Alberta, Canada. The Company considers the suit to be without merit and believes that the suit as pleaded can be successfully defended. Settlement costs cannot be estimated, nor can an estimate be made of the period of time to resolve the suit. During the six months ended June 30, 2012, the Court dismissed the Company’s application for summary judgment, and required the Company to pay $75,000 (paid) into court, pending the settlement of the suit. On May 25, 2012, the summary judgment application was heard and dismissed. Costs of approximately $4,000 were awarded in the Company’s favour. The Company is considering moving the litigation to trial.
