WON'T be delayed! Case started around 2003 as far as I remember, and has been dragged out for a decade.

A very effective mode of attack in courts of Law is to repeatedly dither and adjourn, saying in effect: 'Let's just hope they dry up and blow away!'

HOWEVER: TNR gained professional Malpractice Insurance coverage against their previous Corporate Counsel due to Legal negligence along the way, according to this message board.

As a result, they retained top brass defence with George MacIntosh QC to make up for it, and now... THIS IS IT! TNR etal are finally 'going for the gold'; er, make that... copper!
