Nexen?

Nexen?

any thoughts on how the CNOOC - Nexen bid will end? i'm from Europe and the media in my country isn't paying any attention at all to this deal. from what i've found on internet the general consensus is that there is a fifty percent chance that the Canadian governement will give green light. The anticipated next step is that Canadian government will ask more time to make a decision. But since they didn't do it again up to today investors are maybe getting convinced that it will be a NO within the next days. any thoughts? 27,50 vs 23,50 is some serious arbitrage opportunity. but i'm only an amateur and prefer not to get my fingers burned.
