Much appreciated O and I.  Makes sense now why a very large share holder I spoke with the other day also thought the Taggert deal was an excellent move.  When you say "The gov't change moves the process forward at the local level", are you saying the new Chinese leadership coming in this month is moving the process forward at the local level?  Would you be able to elaborate?
