Lack of gold opportunities?

i don't mind the oil deal but why oil?  Are they implying that there are a lack of precious metal mining

opportunities? i doubt that. Many juniors are starved for cash. Or is this new deal just so lucrative?

Immediate cash flow as well to pursue even more opportunities. Joined at the hip to the divy increase i reckon.
