I think everyone is in agreement on that.  

Management seemed a little tense on the conference call which I would say is a good thing.  I heard a lot of "that's a complex issue" from the CEO which tells me they're still trying to figure things out.  And it looks like they are going to have us just write off another of their mistakes - their unprofitable NHS acquisition.

It's been a long experiment at the expense of long time holders.  Stock may have bottomed but it won't propel forward without decisive action.
