RE: Judicial Leeway on Approving Plan I think it is a yes or no decision.
I believe it is taking longer because there may have been no precedent for this type of challenge... drawdown before CBCA with no specific security. The judge's decision can have far reaching implications in the way companies are financed by credit lines.
The judge has been holding the ball for 16 days now. I suspect we will have a decision next week.
