I have several issues with that statement. First of all, the LH claims and 20% of Rochester APPEAR to be ours, but that is not a certainty. If it was a certainty, the share price would be much higher. Secondly, there are many ways to structure a deal to minimize tax expenses, such as deferred payments.
Maybe they will hit some nice yellow rocks with one or both of the ongoing drill programs, and the share price will lurch higher. Then, we can do a pp to tide us over to trial at a much higher level. If that is the case, we can wait out Couer and their stalling tactics'.
But what if we don't? Right now, Couer apears to vulnerable, with their earnings miss. This seems like a great time to press them for a settlement.
