I think someone is accumulating and is being done very professionally...i've noticed they wait till the offers increase and then they come in and sweep...I have been waiting for it to drop to 0.05 range but it seems there is an interest at a bit higher...this is all my own opinion and i urge you all to do your own due diligence as i have been wrong on many occasions
