Insider buying on a lift in the price shows they have a clear direction in mind for the company, lots of people passed on this when it was 7 cents and now find themselves seeing where this could head. Just my 2 cents. Most saw a reversal coming but most expected it sooner and moved on before cashing in on the move in the market. Remember good things always take time.
