RE: RE: Looking Ahead

RE: RE: Looking Ahead

Company says these businesses  are not part of their core assetts and they want to get rid of them. They  aren't contributing to cash flow so spinning them of and then using the proceeds seems like a better option to me. Using the proceeds to buy other projects that  spin off cash might be even better.

In any case either way looks to me like the cash will be there to pay 9.27% which is where I have returned on the scene. I last bowed out  at $13.65 in July and had been kicking myself until a couple of days ago when I came aboard again for much less although not at 11.60, today's low.

I am hoping to enjoy 9.27% and my mickey mouse calculations suggest that the funds are there to support these payments. In the past management has been reasonably competent and the stock recovered nicely from the secondary offering in July so hopefully there will now be some stability for the long haul.

I have yet to own a stock which didn't have some heart stopping events and so far my heart has restarted so let's hope AT does too.
