I look at the chart and I do not see any

indication that this is going anywhere anytime soon...if anything it seems to be trending lower or perhaps hover around here for the next six to nine month...so perhaps is being carefully accumulated but it could well stay in accumulation mode for awhile....this is all my own opinion and i urge you all to do your own due diligence as i have been wrong on many occasions
