RE: RE: New Postings I wish management the best in the restructuring. The reverse merger I talked about is one option. They could even provide management services for any private company wishing to go public. It is a big jump from private to public in terms of filings, security regulations and raising money.
"This is getting embarassing" you say?
Seems that way at times. Looks like they are living in a different world. Confident they :
1. "can take Futura to the next level of success"
2 ."......Futura's growth and prosperity"
3. "national high profile company...".
4. "Futura looks forward to achieving profitability.."
5. "execute on opportunities for growth..."
These were statements made by management over the years. Most in 2012. Based on these alone, I would gladly invest in the company. But what is the reality facing Futura now? Unless they know something about the value of the company and are confident of turning things around, it can appear rather embarassing.
But then my posts look rather embarassing also, and I have no clue what's happening.
