RE: RE: RE:Merger, Merger, Merger-Bla, Bla, Bla * the answer to your question is a simple no.
* MMT does not want to massively dillute their share-holder base (over 100 mm shares owned by a few NY guys alone) over such an aquisition where they do not have the necessary funds to close the deal without needing to raise a larger amount of capital.
* their technical team is shrewd enough to have identified serveral properties that they will bid on when the next Marginal Field round occurs. They even have their partner(s) chosen.
* meanwhile we can expect a methodical approach to bring Umusadege into full field production all the while the company is returning share-holder equity through dividends, rising production and cash flow metrics, and increasing 2P reserve numbers.
* there are many ways to make accretive moves and whatever MMT was in the past....at present they have learned how to make the right moves thus far. That is why the share price, over time, will continue to move up and the stock will also continue to get more analyst attention and fund manager and other professional investors' attention.
