Someone with PI just bought more than 150-thousand shares at 12 and 12.5. Didn't seem too fussy about price. I believe this was Pacific International Securities based in Simba's Vancouver hometown. An encouraging sign? Can someone please post the L2. I don't think there are many shares available just above current levels.
