Your right, and i came out smelling like a rose, guess it proves it's better to be lucky than smart.This may not be the only offer QMI gets. Another junior who may be interested is NGD. They just announced they had acquired a  $ 500,000, 000  senior notes offering. They, along with many other junior producers are just spinning there wheels with their existing properties and have to acquire new prospects. There are not too many projects out there that match the quality of QMI. Hope management doesn't sell it short! By the way, 20/20/12 ,did you check out CLQ?
