What I was getting at in my last post is that with TNR required to pay TWICE their share of the exploration costs to back in, it seems like MUX will spend enough on exploration to make it infeasible for TNR to participate. They're a much bigger and better connected company and TNR will have to come up with a lot of financing to participate in the project. I think TNR will either back in for a smaller amount, or not at all and just end up with their Net Smelter Return and MUX shares. If they really want in they could do it, but I think they'll opt to focus on shotgun
