a deal is made....and longfords role?

seems like goodwood and dacha made a peace deal. great F&M walks away with $4.85M of dachas money.  Why would goodwood do this? They want control of dsm, why? the nav is not much more than market cap at this point.  bet they want to merge dacha with Longford. it is the same management teams. one has a clean share structure with rare earth assets and no cash, the other has a diluted share structure and cash, but no operating business. separate, each company doesnt have a lot of "mojo", but by merging these two companies together, they have a nice little business, and viola...........a metals trading desk is born!   They have cash and they have metals materials.  Add in a big bank line and they could do some damage. Think a baby glencore.  WHO KNOWS! just my speculation.
