I thought Mart and partners were going to put additional pumps on the Agip pipeline to push the oil downstream faster.  Whatever happened to that plan?  Did they decide it would just make more oil squirt out of the various holes in the pipeline, resulting in greater losses or what?

Mart, stifle yourself!  I feel like Archiezie Bunkerzie getting miffed at Edithzie.
