Canol and Bakken Comparisons

Canol and Bakken Comparisons

A number of sources have been quoted about how the Canol could be comparable to the Bakken.  Having reviewed the technical data which available in a table available to investors on the MGM website under 2012 AGM presentation, I do think the Canol looks great.  Here is an article that gives you some idea of why everyone is so excited about the Bakken.  I think the article is a little over the top, but the point is that the market is likely to go a little over the top if the Canol work out.  This means a little bit of speculative fever will overtake MGM.  I have worked out a share value based on the P50 reserves published by MGM and it is pretty spectacular.

I would ask everyone to post what they think MGM potential is.

Meanwhile here is an article out of Reuters talking up the Bakken

Is Bakken set to rival Ghawar? John Kemp
