RE: RE: Drilling staus

RE: RE: Drilling staus

All I can tell you is that they have indicated to all that they are confident that a deal will be done. As a practical matter it is important and beneficial for both sides of the transaction to get something done. I have no idea of the timing, and don't believe that they can or would provide that information to anyone at this point in time since it might be construed as inside information. I'm sure that they will make an announcement to everyone at the approporiate time when everything is signed sealed, delivered and registered with the proper government agencies. Even if they announced a deal tomorrow, there is a lot of work to be done to prove out the resource and to get down the road to a pre feasibility analysis, so it doesn't pay to spend as lot of our time worrying about the timing of the deal..

There are a lot of things that will control the timing of their getting to the point where an interested major will make a play that are beyond our ability to know. It's just my opinion, but I think we should be looking at an 18 to 24 month time frame going forward from here. I know that waiting for things to happen in the current testy market environment can be stressful. I happen to believe they are on the right path to increase shareholder value and that they are being conservative in their approach and managing our cash reserves very well.

I also have a lot of respect for Alka Singh. She is a very competant financial analyst in the resource sector and she has spent a lot of time analysing LVN. She wouldn't even comment on the company if she didn't think they can get the job done.
