Its contract surety bonds, such as performance and labor and material payment bonds, are primarily for the construction industry.

Yep, that's one bugger about this stock and has happened before with it:  Norway gets the news often before our exchange over here opens (and their's already is open) so bad news allows them to dump first while we have to just wait and watch.
