RE: RE: What If?

RE: RE: What If?

@Haiduk I just wanted to highlight one of your statements as an example of how you just make things up to suit your point-of-view.

You said:

"Note: Taking into account the (still unproven) potential of those properties, isn’t it surprising that Cascadero was not in the position (for unknown reasons?) to acquire the remaining 50% of Francisco I & II for such a reduced investment (+/- $300,000)?"

1. It is not Cascadero's remit to acquire properties there. Cascadero owns 50 per cent  of Salta. It is Salta that buys the properties.

2. Do you seriously believe that Salta which is financed by individuals that own a number of companies in South America could not afford to buy the property if they chose to? What are you trying to say here? That they could not scratch together $300,000 dollars?

3. One very good reason to allow Lumina to purchase those claims, if there was ever an opportunity to buy those claims in the first place, was to compel a JV with Lumina.

And finally you acknowledge that Lumina's shares in Francisco I and Francisco II were recent acquisitions (as I have said all along) and were not owned for years as you stipulated before.
