Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

How do you arrive at PC owning 40% of the power plant?  It looks to me like everyone else is putting in money.  How much does PC have to put in to achieve 40%?

 

Also, that $50 that they'll supposedly get for a 20% stake in Chandgana will go to mine construction I would believe, not cash value of the stock.
