Silver Bull Resources, Inc. is a Canada-based exploration-stage company. The Company owns a number of property concessions in Mexico within a mining district known as the Sierra Mojada District, located in the west-central part of the state of Coahuila, Mexico, near the Coahuila-Chihuahua state border approximately 200 kilometers south of the Big Bend of the Rio Grande River. The Sierra Mojada Project site is situated to the south of the village of Esmeralda, on the northern side of a major escarpment that forms the northern margin of the Sierra Mojada range. The principal mining area extends for approximately five kilometers in an east-west direction along the base of the precipitous, 1,000-meter-high Sierra Mojada Range. The Sierra Mojada Project comprises over 20 concessions consisting of approximately 6,496 hectares (about 16,052 acres). The Sierra Mojada concessions contain a mineral system which can be separated into two distinct zones: a silver-rich zone and a zinc-rich zone.

nov 15 news release

Vancouver, British Columbia - Silver Bull Resources, Inc. (TSX: SVB, NYSE MKT: SVBL) ("Silver Bull") is pleased to announce the drill results for the ninth batch of drill holes from the underground drill program twinning a series of "long holes" in a high grade silver zone situated at the eastern end of the Shallow Silver Zone on the Sierra Mojada Project in Coahuila, Northern Mexico.

High grade silver highlights from the ninth batch of 11 drill holes include:

  • Hole T12090: 15.05 meters @ 463.55g/t Ag (including 3.1m @ 1654.92g/t Ag)
  • Hole T12080: 30.50 meters @ 131.34g/t Ag (including 7.6m @ 405.78g/t Ag)
  • Hole T12091: 32.55 meters @ 94.10g/t Ag (including 2.9m @ 303.31g/t Ag and 4.3m @ 233.18g/t Ag)
  • Hole T12089: 13.85 meters @ 64.48g/t Ag (including 1m @ 546g/t Ag)

** Mineralization remains open in the north, south, east, and westerly directions

The 3,000 meter drill program currently underway at Sierra Mojada uses two underground "Termite" rigs to twin a historical long hole data set with diamond core along a high grade silver zone at the eastern end of the Shallow Silver Zone. The purpose of the program is to increase confidence in the long hole data set which represents approximately 38,000 meters of drilling that was either severally restricted or discarded in Silver Bull's NI43-101 resource report on the Shallow Silver Zone dated July 5, 2012. The high grade silver zone is hosted along a series of east-west trending structures with a combined traceable strike of approximately 3 kilometers and remains open in all directions.

The twinning drill program is scheduled to conclude before the end of the 2012 calendar year. Upon completion, Silver Bull will initiate a revised NI43-101 resource update on the Shallow Silver and Zinc Zones, scheduled for release in first quarter of 2013.

In addition the high grade silver zone, and as announced in the September 14, 2012 news release, Silver Bull has also expanded the underground twinning program with an additional 2,000 meters of drilling into the high grade zinc zone, which is also largely defined by long hole drilling and sits adjacent to and below the silver mineralization. Initial drill results from the twinning program in the zinc zone are expected by late November 2012.

A table of holes T12080 to T12091 from the underground long hole twinning program is shown below.
