Private Placement

Private PlacementSo now there will be 600,000 pieces of 50 cent paper to be sold off in the market the minute the stock starts going up ("if" it does), so what are we going to have now, stock going into the hands of another promoter who will sell it off into any good news. The Company cancels a PP at a level higher than this and now suddenly they do one at 50 cent with 70 cent warrants? Looks like a little butt kissing going on. Cant wait again for yet again for someone else to start dumping their stock into the market. Obviously the company is cash poor otherwise they wouldnt be whoring themselves like this. Hopefully they take some of this cash and put up a friggin website, this ever so elusive website that they have been promising for a while. This is more like enviro crap! One strategy may be to sell into any strength that shows, a $300k pp wont be all the money that they need.
