The Company primarily intends to develop wind parks. It assembles land packages, secure requisite environmental permitting, provide wind testing by erecting towers to measure wind speed.

there's been some more good volume the last couple days.  When the SPZ deal becomes official and WWPW has some liquid funds available for marketing, you'll regret not loading up at these prices.  its a solid company with strategic aliances and good projects; a lot of potential here!
