I agree with that strategy and acquired a number of producers or near producers lately.  PVG is the only one that has done well.  Most are down, some significantly.  Like I say, I have an account just for that kind of company.  It is 100% invested.  I have another account just for early stage juniors.  When I opened the accounts the early stage junior account had about 60% as much cash as the account for producers and near producers.  Today the early stage junior account is worth twice as much as the producer account.  And I hold a couple of positions that could have a significant pop in the next 2 months.  I've read the same thing you have about putting money into lower risk and undervalued producers at this time.  I have, but I continue to do better with the early stage juniors.

Best of luck with your investments.
