If I bail on this my sale will likely push the price down even further. I am now in a loss situation.

It's too bad Clairvest didn't purchase a private placement of shares instead of issuing a loan. At least that way their interests and ours would have been aligned better. The way it is now is that the loan amplifies the insider interests more than ever. 

The numbers are good and the stock looks good on paper but something else is seriously wrong. My theory is that Clairvest has essentially taken over this company by the back door and their priorities are not necessarliy to increase shareholder value. It's a shame really since DA is otherwise a great company.
