SP has been suffocated by mgmt's inability over 8 months to make an ounce of progress on the garmian block (but yeah..we're the operator..lol)  and gutted by TLM's apparent   incompetence on Kurdamir.  I don't remember a deadline that was actually met since the production of S1 back in oct 11....every other plan has been either delayed or cancelled.  Has garmian seismic started??  I don't blame mgmt as it's clear that they're not running this show.   The KRG runs this company.
