RE: Best in Show Award

RE: Best in Show Award

Regarding the PR, that was the answer provided by Reznick, the CFO. However, it was immediately contradicted by Rees, the CEO, who said that Qualcomm would not approve the release, and that they would need Qualcomm approval. It is reasonable to believe that this is not a big deal to Qualcomm and they may have good reasons to not release it. Look it up, it is a joint award https://e.ubmelectronics.com/armtechcon/, so I would think they need Qualcomm's approval and the answer from Rees was credible. I like to look at the positive side, at least they won an award for a new product with a giant company like Qualcomm and it has potential for increasing recurring revenue. However, I do share the concerns expressed by others about this company. I don't know why management covers for the board when they clearly don't support management running the business. Seems like they are starving business as they try to sell it or some other "strategic" deal, and this has been going on for 2-3 years and untold cost to shareholders. Last point, Reznik talked in circles when he was speaking, with no credibility when he was defending the board's "strategic activities". Rees could have been more direct than he was in answering good questions, but at least he wasn't actively defending the indefensible.
