RE: Colossal Conundrum

RE: Colossal Conundrum

For me, SSL is an investment while CSI (COLUF) is a trade. But on the recent weakness, I averaged down on both, increasing my SSL position by 70% and my CSI by 40%. With CSI we KNOW there's a lot of gold and PGMs but because we don't have an NI 43-101 we don't really know how much. Their decision to go straight into production suggests management is extremely confident. And I don't think Nolan would have invested in CSI unless he was similarly confident. But it is Brazil, with lots of machinations in the background and as a late stage development play, soon to be a producer, I can almost guarantee there will be problems before full production is achieved. That means lots of volatility. For me that means sell high, buy low, repeat.
