It operates through three business segments: Ag Services and Oilseeds, Carbohydrate Solutions, and Nutrition. The Ag Services and Oilseeds segment includes global activities related to the origination, merchandising, transportation, and storage of agricultural raw materials, and the crushing and further processing of oilseeds such as soybeans and soft seeds into vegetable oils and protein meals. What happens if...

What happens if...

Hochschild just gets e.g. 70%?

Then automatically all other shareholders get taken out at 0,80? 

Just thinking (as I haven't got any form to vote yet) if not and Hochschild funds it's subsidiary to build this mine? May take another 36 month but the valuation would be another one too?
