those guys at Libra LCC made their PP at 0.60 in 2011 ..... here we are  0.10 from that 52 wk high of 0.60.....I think they can propel the share higher than their 0.60 and maybe sell with big profits...... I pray that it goes back in the 0.40's so i can load more...but i doubt it that it will go under that 0.42 ...... I think it wants to go higher..... Also I think that Mister Watson has more surprise for us in the near future........

the perfect time for accumulation was during the summer...... but even at 0.50 to 0.55 is an good entry point .... volume is drying out during down day..... wait for the next 15 % up day and more than 3-4 million daily shares.... things change real fast.......
