INT just went to the market for a couple of million and it stumbled closing. Ask yourself , how much money did they receive, what is their burn rate and would they have financed if they had any money?  

Now how long ago did they receive the money and where are they sitting today?

The only thing that gives me even a microscopic glimmer of hope was the audacity to suggest bonuses. Either they are completely brain dead or they are up to something to justify that move. Jury is still out on that .JMO
