Very impressed. I got a response within an hour of emailing them. Seems like business as usual and we'll continue to wait it out. The primary context of my email and the response are as follows:

I'm hoping for some clarification on the following;
- were the applications already submitted for the LOO and it's the Metalka agreement that should help push that through OR were the applications submitted following the Metalka agreement?
- What, if anything would be holding up the permit approvals at this point?
- How long do you anticipate it to notify shareholders following receipt of the LOO?

Thank for your continued interest in HBK.

The Licence of Occupation(s) renewals have been in process for some time, followed up by Mining Work Permit.  The Cooperation Agreement with the Metlakatla First Nations should help push through approvals.

We do not forsee any major holdups in the final approvals of the LOO renewals and Mine Permit.

We will news release on a timely basis as soon as we receive notice of approval of either of these documents.
