Zesty Rant

Zesty Rant

Your incoherent rant is wrong about the important details.

*

1) LIM pays for shipping and handling at IOC's port facilities. LIM pays for access to IOC's bulk carriers. LIM pays IOC for marketing expenses to Asia. ADV will not pay anything to IOC beyond the rail tariff.

*

ADV will own its own rail cars, use its own workers to handle materials, and ore carriers from its partner Hebei will transport the ore to China. This is obviously a much preferable and cost-effective way to handle iron ore.

*

2) You do realize that ADV's costs are high because it's actually going to become a mine? It costs a lot of money to commission detailed engineering and EPC services, to complete a 5000 page environmental impact report, to make a down payment on port facilities (the port is funded and has begun construction), and to order long-lead time equipment for the processing plant.

*

Sitting around Bay Street issuing press releases about fantasy exploration programs is cheap but not effective.
