RE: Management already knows

RE: Management already knows

Management doesn't come close to having control of this stock.  The top 6 holders control about 28.3 million shares and there are 183 million outstanding.  Management is probably counting on most investors chucking their voting papers in the garbage rather than reading them closely.

it was a ridiculous consolidation proposal, the worst one I've seen and how many of us have ever seen a reverse split end up to the benefit of the shareholders.

Everyone who reads this board make sure you read your voting instructions.  It takes about two minutes to vote on-line and is very straight forward.  Alternatively you can fax in your vote.  This is definitely a case where shareholders can influence the outcome.

This stock has been a major disappointment despite the implementation of the City of Toronto contract.  Hopefully things will improve over the next year but I don't see it happening if we take this consolidation. IMO.
